I was at Highcliffe SC for an RS200 event, after doing 3 races out at sea in 25 knots I decided to have a windsurf in the harbour. I rigged the 5.3m and hit the water, the sail was too big and I was way overpowered, I couldnt go downwind as the board tried to take off whenever I did that. Did a few gybe attempts but didnt get round once. It was an OK session but I was too knackered and over-powered to be any good.
